About Our Product

a)      Where is our manufacturing located?

Meiflor does not have a company owned production unit. Our mission has always been to work with village-based artisans across India employing their regional textile skills and specialties. This commitment has helped preserve the traditional crafts of India and created employment opportunities in rural areas.

Mainly our manufacturing center is located in Surrounding  

Santiniketan, Bolpur , Dist – Birbhum

West Bengal, Pin- 731235

Apart from that we work with different homemade handloom workers, belong from West Bengal.

b)      Who are our vendors?

At that moment we have two vendors,

i)                    Pentacrafts :- Pentacrafts is for clothes and garments related vendor.

ii)                   Jaipur Silver:- Jaipur Silver is for jewellery related vendor.

Both  are Meiflor’s own brand. We are ready to work with other  third party vendor company.

c)      Are all Meiflor’s product are handmade

We try to maximize the handmade process, using hand-woven, hand block-printed fabrics, kantha stitch design, handmade jewellry, Printing Design  as far as possible.

d)      Do Meiflor sizes conform to international norms?

There are no true international norms for clothing and home textiles as every company tends to have its own sizing standards. We tried to mention standard Indian sizes. If you have need any guide kindly you user can mail us # support@meiflor.com or put their any comment in product comment box. Meiflor team will be guide you. The best approach is to take your own measurements and compare with our team refer measurement charts.

e)       What are the advantages to handloom products( Fabrics)

The handloom process and techniques of production gives the textile a unique character. In addition, handloom fabrics breathe well, are cool in summer and retain body warmth in the winter.

Visit our website “https://www.meiflor.com/ “ and if you are new user to our site kindly register your name and once it will be done start your shopping in our website like others E-commerce site.   You can also purchase product without registration also, but if you have any account ID, then for every amount of purchase you will be earn the points, you will be get different offers from Meiflor.com in future also.

a)      How will I know if Meiflor have receive my order?

During the payment process user will be get a confirmation message from their payment method ( like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking etc)  that your (Credit Card / Debit Card/ Net Banking) has been successfully processed  and in COD user will get order successful message. User will also be get an order confirmation link through an email from Meiflor.

b)      Is it secured to use my debit card, credit card and net banking online at Meiflor.com?

We do not store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is safe with our payment solution providers - CCAvenue.

c)       Is it necessary to sign up for a Meiflor account to buy a product from meiflor.com?

You do not have to create an account on Meiflor.com when you place an order, you can simply purchase products as a guest. However, there are several benefits to creating an account. Please refer to the Account Setting  page for more details.

d)      How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can view your order status at any time once you have placed your order, through your email we will be give your  order status. We try and dispatch all the orders from our warehouse within 24 working hours and then you can track your order from Track your order option on the Track Your Order page also from your registered mail id.

Bill and Payment

a)       What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all MasterCard, VISA, Rupay Card, American Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards and Credit Cards (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway). If you have an Indian bank account, you can also transfer your payment directly to us using our payment gateway's net banking facility.

We also provide COD (Cash On Delivery)  to the users.

b)       What Currency Will My Order Be Billed In?

Your order will be billed in the currency of your debit / credit card. All the prices shown on Meiflor website would be in INR depending on the ordering.

Delivery  & Shipping

a)      In Case The Delivery Destination Is Outside India, is  Meiflor  delivery is available?

In our website outside of India address is not available. But if any customer need to send Meiflor’s product to outside of India, they can contact with us through mail support@meiflor.com or call us on  9647669177. Meiflor will be special shipping  arrange for them.

b)      Is Meiflor provides whole India delivery?

Yes Meiflor is provide PAN India delivery service.

c)       How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Meiflor try to deliver the product to whole India to their customers  with in 5-7 business days.

d)      How can track my order?

Once order booking  has complete, Meiflor will be send the currier tracking number to the user's  registered mobile number, as well as user will be get tracking id in their mentioned mail id form currier company. Then user can able to track their products.
